Hi, I’m Lachie Barr, the founder of Lab Sport Performance. I’m a strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping athletes unlock their potential and achieve their goals—whether that’s winning championships, coming back stronger after injury, or simply performing at their best.My journey began in Adelaide, where my love for sport first took root. After completing my degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of South Australia, I took a leap and headed overseas to Canada. That decision changed everything. I’ve been fortunate to work with professional athletes across hockey, lacrosse, football, and soccer, gaining insights into what it takes to thrive at the highest levels of sport.Now, back in Adelaide, I’m bringing that expertise home. Lab Sport Performance is all about creating a space where athletes can train smarter, recover better, and grow stronger. Whether you’re a professional pushing the limits or an up-and-comer with big dreams, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.This isn’t just about training; it’s about building a culture of excellence. In person coaching


Individualised in-person strength and conditioning coaching designed to improve athletic performance, build resilience, and prevent injury. Offering both one-on-one and small group sessions, I prioritise movement efficiency to build strength, power, and speed.
